Bill Judge

Bill Judge has over 29 years of experience in transportation engineering, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Transportation for the City of Durham since June 2005. Prior to this role, Bill Judge worked as a Transportation Engineer IV (Development Review) and held a Transportation Engineer position at the City of Greensboro from August 2000 to June 2005. Earlier in Bill Judge's career, experience was gained as a Transportation Engineer for the City of Charlotte from July 1994 to August 2000. Bill Judge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from NC State, earned between 1990 and 1994.
