Jill Hutmacher has extensive experience in community development. Jill served as the Community Development Director for the City of Eagan starting in 2016. Previously, they held the same role for the City of Arden Hills from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Development Manager for the Bloomington Port Authority from 2005 to 2010, and a Project Manager for the Dakota County Community Development Agency from 1999 to 2005.
Jill Hutmacher pursued their education at Knox College from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs. Jill then continued their studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1996 to 1999, obtaining a Master's degree in Urban Planning.
