Ricardo Beaird

Ricardo Beaird is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development, professional training, and interactive theatre. Currently serving as the Community Development Director at Springboard for the Arts since May 2021, Ricardo leads strategic initiatives and manages a $1.8 million budget. Previously, as a Professional Development Specialist at the Science Museum of Minnesota, Ricardo co-facilitated trainings focused on systems thinking and equity policies. Engagement in interactive theatre includes roles as an Actor-Educator with GTC Dramatic Dialogues and CLIMB Theatre Inc., where workshops addressed crucial social topics for diverse audiences.
