Mikel Ernst

Mikel Ernst is a versatile professional with a diverse background in operations, emergency services, and brand promotion. As the Business Owner of Station 2 Custom Creations since April 2018, Mikel has developed entrepreneurial skills while simultaneously serving as the Director of Operations at Guardian Training Institute, focusing on performance goals and operational efficiency since January 2021. Additionally, Mikel has been a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of East Peoria since October 2018, and previously held roles as a Brewery Representative and Brand Ambassador at 4204 Main Street Brewing Co. From August 2015 to October 2018, Mikel worked as a Process Operator at Ingredion Incorporated and as a Banquet Setup/Bartender at Par-A-Dice Hotel and Casino. Mikel began a career in emergency medical services as an Emergency Medical Technician at Advanced Medical Transport from November 2013 to August 2015 and is a graduate of Pekin Community High School, earning a diploma in General Studies in 2011.
