Antoinette Fuentes

Antoinette Fuentes serves as the Deputy HR Officer for The City of El Paso Texas since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as both Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Branch Human Resources Manager from June 2017 to January 2024. Antoinette held the position of Director of Human Resources and Office of Safe Environment at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Las Cruces from August 2014 to June 2017. A brief stint as a self-employed human resources and business consultant occurred from September 2013 to August 2014. Antoinette was on the Board of Directors for the Hispano Chamber of Commerce de Las Cruces between 2011 and 2014 and served as Area Operations Manager for Southern NM at CenturyLink from January 2011 to September 2013. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist and Labor Relations Manager at Qwest Communications from November 2006 to January 2011. Antoinette holds a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from The University of New Mexico.
