Joe Carlucci

Joe Carlucci is the President and CEO of Carlucci Hospitality Group, a company established in 1985 that has developed a range of restaurant concepts in the greater Chicago area. In addition to this role, Joe serves as a Food and Beverage Developer for the City of Elgin, IL, where responsibilities include the conceptualization of food and beverage services at Highlands Golf Course and Bowes Creek Country Club. Joe has held various positions related to food service and marketing, including working as a Brand Partnerships broker for Famous Dave's of America and as a Sponsorship Strategist for the New York Yankees. Joe's earlier experiences include advising on food and beverage concepts for Sodexo, operational roles with the Iberostar Group and as a Hospitality Consultant for PGA National Resort. Joe was also a partner in Ditka's Restaurant Group, helping to establish the well-known restaurant in Chicago. Joe is an alumnus of Duquesne University.
