Lindsey Rushka

Lindsey Rushka has a diverse background in financial services and customer advocacy, currently serving as a Fiscal Services Citizen Advocate for the City of Elgin, IL since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as an Associate Buyer at ALDI USA from May 2022 to May 2024 and held multiple positions at ALE Solutions between April 2018 and May 2022, including Special Project Coordinator and Lead Rapid Response Specialist, where responsibilities included team development and high-volume communication management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Fraud Specialist at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and a Teller Supervisor at Old Second National Bank, focusing on risk assessment, customer service, and team training. Lindsey is an alumnus of Elgin Community College and St. Charles East High School.
