Martha Wiles Deuter

Martha (Marti) Wiles Deuter serves as the Associate Director of Program Partnerships at Bridge Communities since January 2022 and has been an Alderman for the City of Elmhurst since May 2013. With a robust background in housing policy, Martha worked as the Director of the Data Clearinghouse at the DePaul University Institute for Housing Studies from 2008 to 2011 and as the Assistant Commissioner and Coordinating Planner for the City of Chicago Department of Housing from 2000 to 2008. Additionally, Martha held the position of Research Associate at Woodstock Institute from 1997 to 2000. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice and a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University.
