Amanda D'Souza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development program management and community planning. Currently serving as Development Programs Manager and previously as Business Development Analyst for the City of Eugene since June 2016, Amanda's role encompasses strategic oversight and program implementation. Prior experience includes serving as a Hatfield Resident Fellow at Clackamas County and Project Manager for the University of Oregon's Community Service Center, leading teams in economic development research and project execution. Amanda holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis from the University of Oregon and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
