Becky Dewitt

Becky DeWitt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the A/Employee and Labor Relations Manager and People Culture and Development Team Manager for the City of Eugene since May 2005. In this role, Becky leads organizational initiatives focused on building people-centered connections and systems, as well as managing collective bargaining and employee relations for five unions, including public safety. Previous positions include Employee Resource Center Manager, Interim City Manager’s Office Director, and Human Resources Manager at the City of Eugene, as well as Human Resources Director at SilverLite Trailers, Inc. and Staffing Manager/Sr. HR Generalist at Extended Systems. Becky holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Oregon State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
