Cade W. Sterling is a Preservation Planner for the City of Evanston since April 2019, focusing on collaborative planning to enhance the quality of life in the economically diverse city. Previously, Cade served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Preservation Action and held roles at The Lakota Group as an Associate Planner and Cultural Resource Specialist, where expertise in preservation and comprehensive planning was applied. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate Designer at Rosborough Partners, Inc., and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Idaho, where involvement in sustainability studies and interdisciplinary design education occurred. Cade W. Sterling holds a Master of Landscape Architecture in Bioregional Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Idaho.
