Amy Bailey

Amy Bailey is an accomplished attorney and legal professional with extensive experience in criminal defense, family law, juvenile law, and immigration law. As the Primary Attorney and Owner of Ferguson Law Office, L.L.C. since December 2012, Amy has represented clients in both Federal and State Courts. Additionally, Amy serves as a Visiting Magistrate for the City of Fairborn and has previously held the roles of Magistrate and Court Administrator at Bradley & Associates, where all aspects of immigration law were addressed. With a background that includes a Legal Research Associate position at LexisNexis and a Law Extern role at the Federal Public Defender, Amy has developed a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures, research, and client representation. Amy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Dayton.
