Tracey Henderson

Tracey Henderson is an experienced attorney and legal educator currently serving as the Owner and Managing Attorney at The Henderson Firm since May 2015, specializing in domestic, guardianship, social security, and family law matters. In addition to this role, Tracey has been a Hearing Appeals Officer for the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina, since June 2020, adjudicating appeals for solid waste violation assessments. As an instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College, Tracey teaches estate planning and wills, contributing to legal education in the community. Previous experience includes Associate Attorney at Mignott Law Group, Special Counsel roles at Davis Bozeman Law Firm and The Law Office of Trichelle Griggs Simmons, and military service as a Sergeant in the US Army.
