Bob Grado's work experience includes serving as the Deputy Chief of Police for the City of Federal Heights, where they are responsible for coordinating and managing various activities and services for the police department. Prior to this, they worked at RTD as a Chief of Police, overseeing operations and being directly involved in capital programs engineering.
