Zoe J. is a skilled Human Resources Technician with experience in administrative support, recruitment, and compliance within public and nonprofit sectors. Currently employed by the City of Federal Way since August 2022, Zoe coordinates departmental processes, assists in recruitment tasks, and manages budget-related duties. Prior roles include serving as a Human Resources Assistant at The Geneva Foundation, where Zoe oversaw grant and contract submissions and offered financial oversight on active projects, and as a Domestic Violence Advocate at both the Crystal Judson Family Justice Center and Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, providing critical support to clients in crisis.
