Dave McDermott is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations Strategy & Governance at Cielo Talent and as a City Councilman at the CITY OF FENTON. With a background in sales strategy, planning, and operations management, Dave has held various leadership positions at companies like U.S. Legal Support and Kelly. Dave holds a B.A. in Business with a minor in Innovation & Problem Solving from Buffalo State University and has completed training in Effective Communications & Human Relations at Dale Carnegie.
