Tracy Gaynor has extensive experience in the field of information technology. Tracy began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Director of IT & GIS Coordinator at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, where they worked for ten years. In 2011, Tracy joined the City of Fishers as the Director of Information Technology. In this role, they collaborate with various city staff to identify and execute technology solutions, manages IT and telecommunications strategies, and handles vendor relations. Tracy sets policies and goals under the guidance of city leadership, including the Mayor and elected officials.

Tracy Gaynor earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1992.
