Rachel Mansell has over two decades of experience in education and community outreach. Currently serving as the Media & Sustainability Specialist and previously as the Education Outreach Coordinator for the City of Florence, Alabama since 2008, Rachel has made significant contributions to education initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a FALCON Teacher at Harlan Elementary from 1999 to 2008. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, both from the University of North Alabama.
