Kelly Gonzalez

Kelly Gonzalez is an experienced professional in the parks and recreation field, currently serving as the Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Folsom since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at the Cosumnes Community Services District from 2000 to May 2023, including Director of Administrative Services and Director of Business and Public Affairs, among others. Kelly began the career as a Recreation Therapist at Sierra Vista Hospital and Guardian Healthcare and Rehabilitation from 1997 to 2000. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 1995 and 1999.
