Community Services Coordinator at City of Fontana

Sonia Ramos has a diverse work experience, primarily in customer service and cashier roles. Sonia started their career in 2010 as a cashier at Rubidoux, followed by a sales associate role at T Fashion Mart. In 2011, they worked as a cashier at Jack in the Box and then as a cashier/sales associate at Quality Thrift Store. Sonia also worked as a receptionist at Cal Micro Recycling in 2013. In 2014, they started working at the City of Fontana, first as a senior community service assistant and then as a community services coordinator. In 2016, they joined the City of Rancho Cucamonga as a recreation leader. Prior to these roles, they also gained experience as a volunteer/tutor at Lewis Library and Technology Center. Additionally, Sonia has experience as a head cashier at Closet Signature, where they were responsible for cashier duties, customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a clean environment.

Sonia Ramos began their education journey at FIDM, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Merchandise Marketing. Sonia attended the institution from 2010 to 2012. Later on, they enrolled at Chaffey College and completed their Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant from 2014 to 2017.
