Human Resources Analyst/risk at City of Fontana

Terri Truitt has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles. Terri began their career at Dyncorp in 1987 as a Personnel Administrator, where they focused on recruitment for the U.S. Navy. After that, Terri joined the City of Rialto in 1989 as a Human Resources Director, overseeing personnel policies, employee negotiations, and overall policy making decisions. Terri then moved to the City of Fontana in 1998, starting as a Human Resources Analyst before being promoted to a Human Resources Analyst/Risk role. In this position, Terri was responsible for handling all general liability functions and overseeing liability claims. Terri also chaired the city's Safety Committee.

Terri Truitt attended Lillian Street High School from 1963 to 1966 where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on General studies. Terri then pursued their education at Savannah State University from 1966 to 1969, focusing on Secondary Education with an emphasis on English.
