Ricky L. Clark, Jr.

Ricky L. Clark, Jr. serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Atlanta-Region Transit Link Authority and as City Manager for the City of Forest Park since May 2023. Previously, Ricky L. Clark, Jr. held the position of City Manager for the City of Jonesboro from April 2016 to May 2023, overseeing administrative operations and developing policies. Additional roles include Executive Director of the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Jonesboro, City Clerk for the City of Jonesboro, and various positions within the Development Authority of Clayton County. Ricky L. Clark, Jr. has experience in the public sector dating back to 2011, with a foundational education in International Business from Morehouse College and the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
