Keith A. Chisolm

Keith A. Chisolm is a seasoned public administration professional with extensive experience in capital improvement management and public works oversight. Currently serving as the Capital Improvement Manager for the City of Fort Worth since November 2021, responsibilities include supervising capital project financing, design, and construction within the Public Events Department. Previously, Keith held roles at the City of Colonial Heights, managing public works and leading an engineering team, and has a notable military career with the US Army, where significant contributions included strategy development for global fuel distribution and operational leadership. Keith’s academic background includes a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Abilene Christian University, complemented by leadership training at the US Army Command and General Staff College.
