Maria Vanessa Barragan is a seasoned professional with a robust background in community affairs and economic development. Currently serving as the Community Affairs Liaison for Mayor Mattie Parker in Fort Worth, Texas, since August 2021, Maria previously held the role of Program Associate at the Tarrant To & Through Partnership. Maria's earlier experience includes working as an Economic Development Recruiter for the State of Nebraska and as a Marketing & Sales Specialist for Union Pacific Railroad, where significant contributions included managing substantial revenue opportunities and client relations.
