Jaime Ewald, MPA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Organizational Development Manager for the City of Franklin, Tennessee, a position held since 2022, where responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational development goals. Previously, Jaime was the Director of Philanthropy at New Hope Academy, managing fundraising campaigns and fostering diverse student relationships from 2019 to 2021. Prior experience with World Vision USA from 2007 to 2019 encompassed various roles that focused on strategy, operations, and partnership management within a $1B humanitarian organization. Earlier career experience includes project management at PHG Technologies LLC and business administration at Capitol Christian Music Group. Jaime holds a Master of Public Affairs and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Political Science from Illinois State University.

The City Administrator is appointed by the BOMA. The Administrator carries out approved policies, makes recommendations to BOMA, and provides administrative leadership to the City’s 700+ employees.
