Julia Chan

Julia Chan is an experienced HR professional and office administrator with a strong background in human resources, compliance, and customer service. Currently serving as a Sr. Office Specialist for the City of Fremont since March 2020, Julia's prior roles include HR Specialist and HR Assistant at Seneca Family of Agencies, where responsibilities included maintaining employee files, coordinating onboarding processes, and leading compliance audits.
