Paula Manczuk-Hannay, CFRE, is an accomplished nonprofit professional with extensive experience in development and fundraising. Currently serving as the Development Officer for the Human Services Department at the City of Fremont since April 2019, Paula manages revenue enhancement efforts and acts as a liaison between the department and the City Manager's Office. Previously held roles include Director of Development at Safe Alternatives to Violent Environments, where strategies for increasing donor retention were implemented, and Director of Development at Vinson Hall Retirement Community, overseeing fundraising initiatives for a retirement community. Paula's background also includes leadership positions at Denver Children's Home, Tennyson Center for Children, and The Wildlife Experience, along with early career roles at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and Easter Seals of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Paula holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Carolina University.
