Robert Lopez

Robert Lopez is an experienced Community Development Block Grant Administrator currently serving in the Human Services Department of the City of Fremont since July 2020. From August 2007 to July 2020, Robert held various positions within the City of San Jose's Housing Department, including Development Officer, Analyst II, and Development Specialist, focusing on grants management and housing-related projects.
