Jasmine Harris

Jasmine Harris, MSHRM, PHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist for the City of Frisco since October 2025. Jasmine is also the Founder of Corporate Girl Christ Minded, a position held since February 2019. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at the University of North Texas System from September 2022 to October 2025, Human Resource Officer at the Housing Authority of the City of Waco from June 2019 to October 2021, and various HR positions at Walmart Return Center and Lowe's Companies, Inc. between 2017 and 2019. Jasmine began the HR career as an Employment Specialist and Intern at Nebraska Furniture Mart and has additional HR internship experience with Balfour Beatty US. Educationally, Jasmine holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.
