Matthew M. Dubois

Matthew M. DuBois, PE, CFM, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Engineering Services for the City of Frisco, with a career trajectory that includes various leadership roles since May 2014, including interim positions and responsibilities as Floodplain Administrator and Senior Stormwater Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Monitor Civil Engineer in FEMA's Risk Analysis Branch, focusing on flood risk management and mitigation efforts across multiple states. Matthew has also held project management positions at Banks Engineering and TKW Consulting Engineers, providing comprehensive engineering services for diverse land development projects.
