William Carpenter

Deputy Fire Chief at City of Frisco

William Carpenter began their work experience in 2002 as the Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Frisco, where they managed and oversaw daily operations in the Fire Department and provided direction for division growth and development. In 2011, they became the Business Owner of The Blue Elephant Learning Center, a childcare center in Frisco, Texas, where they were responsible for property management, bookkeeping, maintenance, and operational decision making.

William Carpenter's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2019, they attended Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Organizational Leadership.

From 2016 to 2018, they attended Weatherford College and earned multiple Associate of Science degrees. The degrees they obtained include Fire Service Administration, Fire Science/Fire Protection and Safety Technology, and Emergency Medical Service.

In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the Chief Fire Officer certification from the Center for Public Safety Excellence in February 2022. In May 2018, they obtained the Fire Service Chief Executive Officer certification from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Furthermore, they hold a Licensed Paramedic certification from the Texas Department of State Health Services, achieved in February 2002, and a Master Firefighter certification from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection, obtained in June 2001.
