David de Leon

David De Leon possesses extensive experience in community engagement and local government, currently serving as a Transportation and Circulation Commissioner for the City of Fullerton and a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Fullerton since February 2023. In addition, David has held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Friends of Families Health Center since June 2012, contributing to a Federally Qualified Health Center serving over 18,000 community members. David's prior experience includes serving as an Advisor on Government Affairs for US Youth Soccer until April 2024 and a Recreation Manager for the City of La Habra from April 1998 to August 2022, where David focused on fostering communication and collaboration among community stakeholders. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Azusa Pacific University.
