Robert Case has extensive experience in community and economic development, currently serving in a Community Development role for the City of Gardner since January 2019. Prior to this position, Robert held the title of Director of Economic Development for the City of West Plains from June 2010 to March 2017. Earlier roles include Senior Planner at Abonmarche Consultants (2007-2010), Senior Economic Development Specialist for the City of South Bend (1998-2005), and Regional Planner with the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph County, IN (1996-1998). Robert's educational background includes a Master Certificate in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a M.A. in Geography from Kansas State University, as well as a B.S. in Geography from the same institution.
