Bob Green

Bob Green possesses extensive experience in system operations and project management, currently serving as the System Operations Engineering Manager for the City of Garland since April 2005. Prior employment includes a role as Project Manager at ALSTOM ESCA from 1998 to 2005. Bob Green holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Dallas Baptist University, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power System Engineering, from The University of Texas at Arlington, completed from 1966 to 1981.
