Kimberly E. Hall (Kim)

Kimberly (Kim) E. Hall, MBA, is an experienced Business Process Analyst currently employed by the City of Garland since February 2018. Previously served as a Business Analyst focused on process improvement between February 2017 and February 2018. From January 2006 to February 2017, worked at Mercer Investment Consulting as a Senior Implementation Services Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing client requirements and managing business deliverables, achieving significant automation of report generation. Earlier roles spanned over a decade at Electronic Data Systems, holding various technical positions, including Account Support Supervisor. Kimberly holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from LeTourneau University and a BA in General Business with a focus on Information Systems Management from Lamar University.
