Shafik Salamor, PE, PMP, is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Capital Improvement Projects at the City of Garland since July 2018, Shafik oversees engineering projects related to roadways, drainage, and utility improvements, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. Prior roles include Design Review Manager at ASTAD Project Management, where management included the 8-mile People Mover System in Education City, Qatar, and Sr. Infrastructure Engineer for Qatar Petroleum, overseeing infrastructure projects in Education City. Shafik has also held positions as Project Manager with CEI Engineering Associates and served as Design Manager for Parsons in Lusail, Qatar. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, complemented by experience as a Consultant-Instructor at the same institution.
