B. J. McCuiston is a retired professional with extensive experience in law enforcement, particularly with the City of Gilroy Police, where McCuiston served as Assistant Chief of Police from September 1968 to October 1991. Additionally, McCuiston obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix between 1985 and 1986.
