Juan Rocha is an experienced law enforcement professional and educator with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Hartnell College since August 2022, Juan has also held various positions within the City of Gilroy Police Department, including Police Captain, Sergeant, and Officer since August 2007. Prior to that, Juan worked as a Police Officer for the City of Watsonville from March 2004 to August 2007. Academically, Juan Rocha earned a Master of Science in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego, completed in August 2022, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California Coast University.
