Julie Oates

Julie Oates has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Engineer II at the City of Gilroy since August 2018, where previous role included Engineer I. Prior to this, Julie Oates worked at Mott MacDonald for a decade as a Project Engineer and held the position of Assistant Engineer at Higgins Associates from 2004 to 2008. Julie Oates earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, graduating in 2004.
