Paul Hillard

Paul is a management consultant specializing in governance, risk, organizational development, and strategic planning in the social housing sector. This follows a thirty-year career in housing, working in a range of senior management positions. He has an MBA from the Open University and has previously served on the boards of voluntary organizations and professional trade bodies. He has particular expertise and enthusiasm for people engagement and is a previous recipient of the Sunday Times Best Leader of a Not For Profit Organisations award.
