Scott Tarry currently serves as Associate Dean at the University of Nebraska at Omaha since August 2022. Tarry has been the Director of NASA Nebraska Space Grant & EPSCoR since March 2007, leading initiatives to enhance STEM education and research in Nebraska. From July 2007 to August 2022, Tarry held the position of Distinguished Professor and Director at the University of Nebraska at Omaha Aviation Institute. Additionally, Tarry was the Executive Director of the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum from September 2011 to October 2013. Tarry obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science from the University of Michigan between 1987 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound from 1982 to 1986.
