Hope Doro is a seasoned professional in change management with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Program Change Lead for the City of Gold Coast since August 2025, Hope has previously held positions such as Change Management Specialist at JBS Australia Pty Limited and Business Change & Training Advisor at Suncorp Group. Significant contributions include enhancing change management effectiveness and fostering stakeholder relationships.
