Streets Superintendent at City of Goodyear

Brian Harvel has extensive experience in public infrastructure management, currently serving as Streets Superintendent and previously as Pavement Management Coordinator and Streets Foreman for the City of Goodyear since July 2005. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Streets Crew Leader for the City of Glendale, Arizona, from March 1996 to July 2005, and served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman from February 1992 to February 1996. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Regis University between 2004 and 2006 and attended Glendale Community College from 1997 to 2000.
