Utilities Operations Superintendent at City of Grand Prairie

Otilia Law is a seasoned professional in water quality management and utilities operations, currently serving as the Utilities Operations Superintendent and formerly as the Environmental Quality Supervisor for the City of Grand Prairie since July 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Water Quality Specialist for the City of Waxahachie from December 2016 to July 2020, where responsibilities included collecting and analyzing water samples, managing compliance monitoring plans, and addressing customer concerns. Otilia also gained valuable experience as a Dairy Plant Engineering Maintenance Intern at H-E-B, applying Six Sigma techniques and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Otilia holds a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Texas at San Antonio, respectively.
