David Cook is currently the financial systems administrator at the City of Grand Rapids. In addition, they are certified by the Ottawa County in Gold Standard Leaders Level 1, the Geographic Information Certification Institute in Geographic Information System Professional, and the Project Management Institute in Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
