David Meacher

David Meacher is a civil engineer who has been with the City of Grand Rapids for over 10 years. David started as a draftsperson and has since worked their way up to their current position as a civil engineer. David has also worked with the city's water and environmental departments in the past.

David Meacher has a geomatics diploma from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science & Technology in Moose Jaw. David also has a degree from Simon Fraser University.
