Michael Johnson

Library Facilities Assistant at City of Grand Rapids

Michael Johnson has been working in the security industry for over 15 years. Michael started their career as a Regional Sales Manager for DeTech, Inc. and then moved on to become a New Construction Sales representative for Bel-Aire. In 2014, they joined Pro Services, Inc. as an Account Executive and then transitioned to Security 101 in November 2015 as a Sales Business Development Executive. In their current role, Michael is responsible for identifying and developing prospective customers and for selling Security 101's products and services. Michael works with the Franchise Sales Manager to develop strategies and tactics for account penetration and product solutions. Michael is also responsible for the correct estimation and preliminary design of bids.

Michael Johnson's educational career began as a journeyman sheetmetal worker in the field of fabrication, welding, blue print reading and metallurgy. Michael later attended Ferris State University where they studied business, management, marketing and related support services. Michael finally attended Plainwell High School.

Michael Johnson works with Scott Kloska - Library Maintenance Mechanic, Thomas Terrell Jr - Library Facilities Assistant, and Gerald Paniwozik - Library Facilities Assistant. Michael Johnson reports to Kenneth Dahlman, Library Facilities Manager.
