Yuri Guzman serves as the Chief Customer and Information Officer at the City of Greater Dandenong since July 2024, leading the Digital, Data & Customer Strategy to align with the Council Plan and legislative requirements, while promoting a customer-centric culture. Prior to this role, Yuri held the position of Chief Information Officer at both the City of Whittlesea from September 2021 to June 2024 and Hume City Council from 2004 to September 2021. Earlier career experiences include various IT management roles in the health sector, starting as an Information Services Manager at IN-TELLECT Australia and progressing through positions such as IT Manager at North Western Mental Health and Desktop Support Engineer at North Western Health Care Network. Additionally, Yuri gained initial IT experience as a Help Desk Engineer with United Telecommunications after a prior banking career at ANZ Banking Group. Academic qualifications include an MBA and a Graduate Diploma in Management from La Trobe University, complemented by training at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
