Natalie Hope

Natalie Hope has extensive experience in human resources and organisational development, currently serving as the Manager of Organisational Development at the City of Greater Geraldton since April 2011. In this role, Natalie provides professional advice and support to executives and managers, while also monitoring the HR budget to ensure expense control and adherence to procurement processes. Previous roles include Coordinator of Human Resources, Acting Manager of Human Resources, and HR Advisor, as well as leadership positions at Avis Budget Group and local government institutions. Natalie holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from North Metropolitan TAFE and completed education at Duncraig Senior High School.
