Brian McBroom has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Brian is currently the Community Development Director at the City of Greeley since June 2023. Prior to this, they founded High Country Leadership LLC in January 2021, where they provided executive level coaching and consulting services. From June 2021 to June 2023, they served as the Town Administrator for the Town of Lochbuie. Brian has also worked at the City of Commerce City, where they held positions such as Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of Community Development from 2008 to 2020. Brian began their career as the Director of Community Development at the City of Auburn Hills from 1999 to 2008.
Brian McBroom attended the University of Michigan from 1984 to 1988 and received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
